隱私權政策

簡短版：這個網站不收集你的任何資料，也沒有追蹤程式。產品把你的設定存在你自己的電腦裡。 只有你主動寫信或按「回報問題」時，我們才會拿到你給的東西。

一、這個網站

• 沒有分析工具、沒有廣告、沒有第三方追蹤程式。我們不知道你是誰、從哪裡來、看了哪幾頁。
• 沒有寫入任何 Cookie。
• 網站放在 Cloudflare 的靜態網頁服務上。跟所有網站一樣，主機端會為了防止攻擊而保留短期的連線紀錄 （例如 IP 與瀏覽器種類），那份紀錄由 Cloudflare 保管，我們不會去讀、也不會拿來分析。
• 頁面上的字型是向 Google Fonts 取用的，載入字型時你的瀏覽器會連到 Google 的伺服器。

二、DeskForge 這個產品

• 你的桌面佈局存在你自己的電腦裡（本機資料庫），不會上傳到任何地方。我們看不到你有哪些檔案、哪些資料夾。
• 沒有帳號、不需要註冊。
• 核心功能不需要網路。天氣這類需要外部服務的選配功能，金鑰由你自己填，軟體裡沒有藏任何我們的伺服器位址。
• 購買與授權由 Steam 處理。我們只會向 Steam 詢問「這個帳號有沒有買過某個加購內容」， 不會拿到你的姓名、信箱或付款資料。Steam 自己的隱私政策適用於那一段。

三、你主動寄給我們的東西

• 產品的「關於 → 回報問題」，會把你自己填的信箱與內容、加上產品版本號寄到我們的信箱。 除了這些，不會夾帶你電腦裡的其他資訊。
• 直接寫信給我們也是一樣：我們拿到的就是你寫的內容。
• 這些信件只用來回覆你、修正問題與統計「多少人回報過同一件事」，不會拿去做廣告、不會給第三方。
• 處理完之後我們會保留信件一段時間以便追蹤同一個問題；你可以隨時寫信要求我們刪掉你的來信。

四、你的權利

你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除我們手上任何與你有關的來信內容。寫到 [email protected]，我們會處理。

五、兒童

這是一套一般用途的桌面工具，不針對兒童設計，也不會刻意向兒童收集任何資料。

六、政策更新

這份政策如果有變動，會直接改在這一頁，並更新上面的日期。

Privacy Policy (English)

Short version: this website collects nothing about you and runs no tracking. The product keeps your settings on your own computer. We only receive what you deliberately send us.

The website

No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers, no cookies. The site is served by Cloudflare's static hosting; like any host, it keeps short-lived connection logs for abuse protection, held by Cloudflare — we do not read or analyse them. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers for those files.

The product

Your desktop layout is stored in a local database on your own machine and is never uploaded. There is no account and no sign-up. Core features work with no network at all. Optional features that need an external service use an API key you supply yourself; the software contains no hidden endpoints of ours. Purchases and entitlements are handled by Steam — we only ask Steam whether an account owns a given add-on, and never receive your name, email or payment details.

What you send us

“About → Report a problem” sends the email address and message you typed, plus the product version, to our mailbox — nothing else from your computer. We use it only to reply, to fix the problem, and to count how many people reported the same thing. It is never sold or passed to third parties. Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us.
